You’ve tried following all the online productivity strategies

But nothing actually seems to work. And the sheer number of strategies to try is simply overwhelming. You want to get on top of your ADHD struggles but don’t know where to start. Let’s figure out what works for you.

By gaining an understanding of how your brain works, you can unlock what works best and use it to manage work and life a whole lot more effectively.

Is this you?

Struggling for Motivation

You know the things you need to do, you probably even want to get on with them, but bringing yourself to do them is an absolute struggle. Executive function doesn’t always play nice.

Emotionally Dysregulated

It’s not that your emotions are wrong, it’s just that they’re really big. Things that others would brush off feel a lot more intense for you and that can make moving forward much harder than it needs to be.

Feeling Disorganised

We have busy brains and busy lives. When there’s so much going on, it can be impossible to stay on top of it all.

We can find a way forward

Imagine having a strategy guide for your brain

A toolkit of strategies to try when you’re struggling most. Imagine understanding how your brain works and being able to respond to its cues so that you can move forward. Imagine no longer being frustrated with how your brain works, but being able to embrace it and even start to feel good about it.

ADHD coaching will enable you to find the tools and strategies that you need to get your brain where it needs to be.

How it works

Through six sessions for the basic package or twelve sessions for the advanced package, we will dive deep into your exact challenges with your ADHD and help you find tools and strategies for how to solve them. The toolkit we develop will be 100% personalised to you, with back up strategies for the days that the normal ones just don’t cut it.

Each session, you’ll self-set homework of things to try and with a built in accountability buddy we can ensure you keep moving forward, even when going through a bad brain period.

The one-to-one flexibility of the program means that we move at your pace and if life throws you a curve ball, we’ll work out how to manage it along the way.

Because this is your coaching for your ADHD brain, so let’s make some magic happen.

When Leigh worked with Alice

If you’re on this website, you’ve probably seen enough of my face but I’m Leigh, founder and head coach of Through The Noise Coaching. I’ve been coaching neurodivergent leaders for a number of years at this point, but somewhere along the way I realised that despite being able to help so many people, sometimes my ADHD wasn’t playing nice with me at all.

That’s when I started working with Alice. We had a lovely conversation and I immediately felt understood. With similarities in our backgrounds and how our brains worked, I knew I was in good hands.

One thing I found exceptionally useful working with Alice was how she was able to go at my pace. She was adept at working with where my understanding of ADHD was at, and finding the tools and strategies that had passed me by but were incredibly relevant for my brand of ADHD. And with autism experience too, she embraced my AuDHD fully.

I walked away from our sessions more confident that I had the tooling I needed to manage myself on a bad day, and I knew that Alice was someone I had to not only keep in touch with, but shout about as well, so I’m incredibly glad to be able to partner with her to offer ADHD coaching through Through The Noise Coaching.

Alice’s Journey

For all my life, I was told I was too loud, too sensitive, too emotional, too chatty, too intimidating, too trusting, too blunt, too reckless and the list go. I had a Law degree (LLB Hons), Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), three property companies and an Autism training business, alongside bringing up two boys and running a house, and yet I still felt like a failure, like my life was always in total chaos and like I was letting everyone down. At 43 years old, I was diagnosed with ADHD.

I’ve spent the last three years receiving ADHD specific coaching and training and I can honestly say, it has changed my life! I now feel in control, organised, productive, happy and content. For the first time in my life, I have stopped searching for something I will never find and instead, find happiness in the here and now.

As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I now coach private individuals, managers and entrepreneurs with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions (including those who are self-realised). To date, I have delivered over 300 hours of coaching through a neurodivergent lens and have helped many clients to embrace their neurodivergence and work in a way that works with their brain rather than against it.

  • I have really appreciated my time being coached by Alice. I can't quite believe how far we have come. She's helped me to understand and accept my neurodiversity which has been a very big hurdle. With Alice's coaching I'm learning how to manage my time and myself more efficiently. I cannot recommend Alice enough. If you are looking for Access to Work coaching or private coaching, she is excellent.

  • Alice worked with my daughter and I for about 6 months. We had sessions separately and together. Our relationship has been enhanced forever due to Alice’s patience and perseverance, gently nurturing and encouraging us to talk face to face about our issues. Alice has had a huge significant role in helping me unravel some emotions and deal with the last few years which have been very up and down at times. I’ve realised with Alice’s support that I have ADHD and autism. At 49 this late realisation has helped me unmask and to understand the reasons behind some of my atypical behaviours. As a neurodivergent family I am teaching my children to accept and embrace their different way of looking at life. Alice helped me to step back, pause, reflect. In truth she led me to myself, authenticity and truth and to my own special superpower. I will forever be grateful to Alice, an Angel to me xxx.

  • So far, I have only had a few coaching sessions with Alice, but I am already feeling less overwhelmed than when I started. With Alice’s professional help, I am finding new strategies to work through my various ADHD issues in a safe and confidential environment. I enjoy the sessions and Alice is incredibly supportive. Alice is a first class coach and gently works with me and enables me to find solutions and new approaches that I didn’t think would be possible or work for me. I would thoroughly recommend her if you are struggling with ADHD.

  • I have just completed my 5th session with Alice, and I am already feeling more organised, less overwhelmed and more in control. I have ADHD and Dyslexia and Alice has worked with me on being more assertive, learning to take time to process before I give a response, and not apologising for saying no. She has also helped me to write email templates and create a list of phrases to use. Alice has taught me that it is okay to ‘do ADHD on purpose’ and to work in a way that suits me and the way that my brain works. If you are looking for a coach, then Alice has made a big difference in a short amount of time.

  • I felt chaotic and un-focused, constantly flitting from task-to-task with no real sense of achievement or gain due to being constantly in panic mode! Through my coaching session with Alice at Motion in Mind, I was able to begin clearing my cerebral clutter and learn to effectively prioritise what I needed to complete, what I wanted to achieve and what could be delegated away from my direct focus. Whilst I do not have a diagnosis of ADHD, my Dyslexia presents with disordered thinking and a lack of internal executive functioning skills. Alice has a vast experience and is able to support those who require support in this area effectively. This coaching has opened up my understanding of how I can be supported and what small, daily strategies will have a lasting positive impact on my practice and life.
