Empowering ADHDers to land their first leadership role
Find Your ADHD Amazing helps tech professionals with ADHD land leadership roles with 80% more confidence in just 5 weeks.

Is this you?
You feel stuck in your career, unsure of how to move forward.
Impostor syndrome looms large, constantly making you question your abilities.
It feels like leadership is out of reach unless you completely change who you are, including hiding your ADHD diagnosis.
Job interviews and performance reviews leave you doubting yourself because you’re convinced no one sees your value, and rejection feels inevitable.
You’re hyper-aware of all your weaknesses but struggle to see your strengths or even how you’ve made it this far.
You want to make a change
Imagine this instead:
You’re thriving in a leadership position, feeling confident, capable, and in control.
You’re making a real impact, driving positive change, and inspiring the next generation of neurodivergent talent to see what’s possible.
Picture knowing your unique strengths inside and out and using them to perform at your absolute best.
Imagine having a clear roadmap for finding leadership roles where you can truly thrive, not just survive.
Create a personalised toolkit to steady yourself when those moments of self-doubt creep in (and let’s be real, they will) and bounce back stronger than ever.

Leadership feels out of reach
But I believe that you already have leadership qualities within you, and they’re tied to exactly who you are. You don’t need to feel that your ADHD is holding you back or that you need to hide your neurodivergence to have any chance of success.
The things you’re great at are also the things you’re more likely to enjoy. By focusing your leadership journey on those things, not only will you be a lot more successful, but you’ll have a lot more fun along the way as well.
Find Your ADHD Amazing
combines a blend of academic research, peer insights, and coaching, you’ll understand how ADHD affects your work and how to leverage it for success. You’ll identify your strengths, gain clarity about your impact, and learn to communicate your value in any professional setting.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a clear plan for your leadership journey, actionable steps to move forward, and a supportive community cheering you on. You’ll work within my ADHD Strengths framework, supported by accountability partners who believe in your potential.

Before my ADHD diagnosis, stepping into leadership felt impossible.
I struggled in ways others didn’t but also excelled at things that came naturally to me. The advice I got often felt like it was designed for someone else entirely, leaving me feeling stuck.
Everything changed when I started to understand my ADHD and lean into my strengths. Instead of trying to fix what wasn’t working, I focused on what I did best—like quickly finding solutions and connecting the right people. Those “differences” became my leadership superpowers.
Now I’m passionate about helping ADHD professionals step into leadership without masking or changing who they are. ADHD brings incredible strengths to leadership, and you deserve the chance to let them shine.
The “Aha” moment
Back in 2020, I completed my first strengths assessment. At the time, I saw it as just an interesting exercise. But when I revisited it six months before my ADHD diagnosis, everything clicked into place. It helped me understand how my unique strengths could shape my approach to leadership and success.
Since then, I’ve used this process to help others uncover their strengths and transform their careers. By focusing on what they’re great at, my clients have been able to do more of what makes them effective leaders.
What sets me apart is my focus on the intersection of ADHD and leadership. Many coaches specialise in one or the other, but I help you uncover what makes you uniquely brilliant at leading, so you can own your strengths and step into leadership without compromise.

Success Stories
Redesign your role
Client S used their strengths assessment to redesign their role around their strengths and successfully pitch the change to their boss.
Find where you belong
Client L realised their struggles weren’t due to personal shortcomings but because they were in the wrong company. With this clarity, they found a role that aligned with their strengths and thrived.
Embrace your natural abilities
Client R embraced their natural leadership abilities, prioritising what was important to them in their career and what they wanted to leave behind in the past.
Celebrate your wins
Client J started to accept compliments and acknowledge their successes, not just say “thank you” without internalising it and beat themselves up for their challenges.
Finally feel confident
I knew Client K had started to finally feel confident in their skills when I heard it in their voice. It went from being uncertain to being strong in a change that was inspiring.

A client once reached out to me saying:
“I find myself in a position of leadership and influence but don’t really know (or appreciate) what got me here.” He was transitioning from being an individual contributor to stepping into leadership and felt completely out of his depth.
We worked together to understand his unique leadership strengths and how to use them effectively. The goal was to help him feel more confident and comfortable in his role. Along the way, an unexpected opportunity arose—his boss asked him to pitch a vision for the future of his role.
He was nervous, understandably so. The stakes felt high, but the work we had already done gave him a solid foundation. Together, we designed a direction for his role that played to his strengths and aligned with what he wanted.
The day after the pitch, I received an email saying his boss was “taken aback” (in the best possible way). His ideas were so compelling that his boss immediately began implementing them.
This is the power of uncovering your strengths and leaning into them. It’s not just about feeling more confident; it’s about creating real results that move you forward.

Still on the fence?
Let’s address some common concerns
-
I hear you. Spending money can feel daunting, especially when ADHD makes it so easy to waste money on things we don’t need. But here’s the reality: in tech, individual contributor roles often have salary caps. To unlock those higher pay brackets, you need to step into leadership or management. This course gives you the tools to make that leap, unlocking opportunities for significant pay increases that will more than cover the initial investment.
-
Think of all the time you already spend preparing for interviews, rehearsing career conversations, or worrying about whether you’re cut out for leadership. That’s the time we’ll save. This course gives you a baseline of clarity and preparation so you’re ready for those conversations and opportunities without the usual stress and second-guessing.
-
That’s completely valid. To ensure a safe and supportive space, everyone in the group signs an agreement that what’s shared remains confidential. Plus, everyone in the group also has ADHD and is navigating similar career challenges, which means you’ll be surrounded by understanding peers who get it. If group coaching still isn’t your thing, I offer one-to-one options that might be a better fit for you.
-
There’s a detailed week-by-week breakdown of the course right on this page. Feel free to explore it. Still have questions? Reach out to me via email, Instagram, or TikTok, and I’ll be happy to answer anything that’s on your mind.

Coaching isn’t something you can fail at. The only way you could fail is by not trying at all, and I already know you’re ready to try. This program is designed to build on what you’re already great at—even if you don’t know what that is yet—so we’ll work together to create outcomes that are achievable and unique to you.
