ADHD Adults

I’m a late diagnosed ADHDer myself and I’m frustrated with all the negativity out there around ADHD. Much of the stuff that’s even supportive has this underlying negativity about it, as if we ADHDers are incapable by ourselves.

You are amazing

And I know it because that’s the people I spend my time with. ADHDers who are, objectively, amazing people, but are lost or struggling right now.

Let’s make you shine

A lot of that struggle comes from a setback, or feeling out of your depth. Often you’re aware of your weaknesses, ADHD-related or otherwise, and constantly trying to make up for them. What if instead we worked where you thrive? By using your strengths you will perform to a higher standard and enjoy the work a lot more, and by knowing how to communicate them you will gain promotions and smash job interviews much more often.

Testimonial: "Three words to describe Leigh: Inclusive, patient and open minded. No matter your background, your story, or what stage of your career that you find yourself at, you'll benefit from Leigh's coaching."

Is this you?

Feeling Lost

Is not really sure what you’re good at or how you got here in your career?

Putting Yourself Down

Uses self-deprecating humour so you can make the joke about your weaknesses before anyone else has the opportunity to

Stays in Comfort Zone

Holds yourself back from opportunities due to pre-rejection rejection sensitivity

Unsure how to self-advocate

Has no idea how to communicate what you’re good at in job interviews, performance reviews, promotion conversations

Not Good Enough

Spend so much time working on making your weaknesses a strength that it feels like you’re not good at anything anymore

Disconnected

Feels disconnected with a past (maybe pre-diagnosis) you who felt much more confident and successful than you feel now

It doesn’t have to be this way!
